Nicole Sebastian is looking to compete at an event in New York, July 14th. In order to pay for travel expenses and fees, she will be hosting a seminar focusing on her favorite armlock setups, armlock escapes, and how to configure the arms when doing armlocks so it is harder to defend.

Anyone who has ever trained with Nicole, knows her armlocks are extremely tight.
