Classical & Modern Martial Arts in Severna Park, MD
Go to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Gracie Jiu-Jitsu was developed for a smaller, weaker person to be able to successfully defend him/herself against a larger, stronger person. Maintaining the Gracie tradition, we teach Authentic Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, focusing on practical self defense for everyone. Gracie Jiu-Jitsu is equally effective for men, women, and children.

Go to Japanese Jujutsu

Japanese Jujutsu

Taikyoku Budo merges classical grappling and striking methods with a modern sensibility. Where many traditional martial arts have lost their edge and effectiveness, Taikyoku Budo is a living tradition of Japanese Jujutsu that tests itself with live resistance, combining standing and ground grappling with striking and weapons.

Go to Muay Thai Kickboxing

Muay Thai Kickboxing

Muay Thai is a powerful striking art that incorporates punches, kicks, elbows, and knees with clinching, throws, and sweeps, creating a well-rounded system that is equal parts physical fitness and self defense suitable for all types of people, whether as a martial art, a competitive sport, or simply a means of getting strong and fit.

Go to Silk Reeling Qigong

Silk Reeling Qigong

Taikyoku Kiko is meditative movement practice using low-impact strength and breath training. This qigong training develops a powerful, connected body that is able to receive and issue forces in a very specific way. Derived from ancient Chinese internal arts, Taikyoku Kiko can be practiced on its own or as a compliment to our martial studies.
