Monroe Bostwick Hall IV. After seeing his first mix martial arts tournament at the age 15, he immediately became obsessed with the martial arts world. Determined to separate martial arts fact from martial arts fiction. He began interviewing friends and family who were familiar with the martial arts world, and reviewing many hours of mixed martial arts footage. He settled on the Deep rabbit hole that is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and dedicated his life to understanding the art. He has been using it as a vehicle to strengthen himself and others ever since.
