It’s HALLOWEEN!  

Feel free to come to Kogen in a Yoga, Muay Thai, or Jiu-Jitsu friendly costume. No face paint or glitter, please. Also, we will have candy for the kids to take home after class. No candy on the mats, please. We will be running our normal Saturday schedule.

9:45am Big Kids Muay Thai w/Tommie (also on Zoom)
10am Little Kids BJJ (5-7yo) w/Bowie
10:45pm Big Kids BJJ (8-12yo) w/Bowie
10:45am Adult Muay Thai w/Matt
11:30am Gracie Self Defense w/Christian
12:30pm Adult/Teen BJJ Drilling (Dave Porter will not be in on this day)
