Omoplata Entries & Attacks with Relson Gracie black belt John Gilbert

A black belt under Relson Gracie, John trained Ninjitsu and Taijitsu as a kid and decided to get back into martial arts later in life. In 2006, a friend who John lifted weights with did jiu-jitsu and he convinced John to try it with him. John was hooked and has been training and teaching jiu-jitsu ever since. Originally under a Rickson Gracie affiliate, John joined Mike and Jordan Stewart’s Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Maryland team then came in 2013 and received his black belt under Relson Gracie in 2018.
