Omoplata Workshop with AJ Rosales (Pure Performance/Pedro Sauer) 10.8.18

Aaron (AJ) Rosales has been coaching Adult and Kids Muay Thai and BJJ since 2011. He has background in multiple styles including Taekwondo, boxing and wrestling as well as some traditional martial arts such as Kunfu Sanso, Ikedo and Karate. In late 2007, he began his Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Muay Thai journey. He found his way into MMA (mixed martial arts) from 2009 to 2012. Received his blue belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu in 2010 under Alliance Jiujitsu Association, and received his purple belt under master Pedro Sauer and Marco Sampaio jr. in early 2015. Most recently had been promoted to brown belt under Marco Sampaio jr. and Master Pedro Sauer in late 2017.

AJ will be going over entree to his shoulder blade game (omaplata) from closed guard: attacking, sweeping, and transitioning from one position to the next. He’ll also show a small piece of my surf ?? to pass series from standing.
