Wrist Locks w/Keith Jackson 12.17.18

Keith Jackson has been training in martial arts since age 11. He began training in Kung Fu and BJJ in 1999, earning his black belts in 2003 and 2014 respectively. During that time he’s had the pleasure of coaching several pro and amateur fighters and grapplers. His concept-based approach to BJJ instruction leads to faster and long-lasting student skill development.

For class, Keith will be showing some wrist locks as responses to MANY common grips your opponents will use.
